Refund/Replacement Policy

At Makhana Today, we take pride in delivering premium-quality makhana and other natural products to our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you happen to receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, we are happy to offer a 7-day replacement or refund policy.

How to Initiate a Refund or Replacement

If you face any issue with your order, please get in touch with our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please keep your order number, photos of the product (if applicable), and relevant details ready so that we can quickly verify and resolve your request.

Weekend Assistance

Our office remains closed on Sundays. You can still drop us an email over the weekend, and our team will get back to you promptly on the next working day.

Refund / Replacement Process

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it and confirm eligibility for a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Replacements will be dispatched promptly once your return is verified.

Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition (except in cases of damage or expiry).

Cancellation Policy

At Makhana Today, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and transparent for your convenience.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever comes first.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will cancel it and process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return or replacement request as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Prepaid Order Refunds

For cancelled prepaid orders, the refund will be processed automatically to the same account or payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If you placed a COD order and wish to cancel it before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refusal to accept a COD parcel at the time of delivery may affect your future COD orders with us.
